I didn't think it was ever going to happen, but it did: Polar Bears are now listed as 'threatened' under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Of course, 'endangered' would have been better! Oh well, 1 small step for bear-kind, with at least 1 more to go! Here are the first of David's cartoons on the new listing. Enjoy! Bear hugs, Frankie

Alright, alright. Tonite the paper said "threatened." Humbug. Last nite it was "endangered."
"Threatened" under the "endangered species act." I'll never retract…just make lemons from lemonade.
I hope that when I actually start making any kind of money at this, I'll still be able to use my mistakes to my advantage…
Fortunately, I'll never run out of material as even failure can be amusing. Hugs, David
