Let me get something clear about the SOB. It was Frankie's husband's idea (Oran) to do the "S.O.B." thing. Even though it stood for "Save Our Bears" I kinda got wet feet about it.
I'd been admonished before for crossing the line with some of my images in my early stages. I was afraid we'd offend people with the SOB. But suddenly, I'm having so much fun with SOB I can't stop thinking about SOB designs, and SOB ideas, and SOB jokes.
The whole SOB thing has gotten me so into the SOB, all I can think about is the SOB. I'm having SOB dreams, SOB fantasies. I walk up to someone and say, "Hey…SOB!" Man this is fun.
Hey, Oran was the SOB originator! It was his SOB idea! Don't go coming down on me for being the SOB cartoonist, when it wasn't my SOB idea!
I say, get your own SOB t-shirt, and wear it proudly. Us SOB people gotta stick together.
